Kenan L. Farrell
Kenan Farrell is an experienced copyright and trademark attorney, having practiced law since 2003 and founding KLF Legal on January 1, 2009 to provide exemplary legal services to his clients. Kenan advises clients on intellectual property and business issues, including trademark, copyright, trade dress, trade secret, patent, and privacy issues. As an experienced trademark attorney, Kenan has managed the trademark portfolio of hundreds of clients, from small portfolios for SMEs to substantial trademark portfolios for corporations and universities. He has provided legal services to businesses and non-profits in international and domestic transactions, as well as litigation and litigation avoidance counsel in state and federal matters. Kenan regularly practices in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
