Kenan L. Farrell
Kenan Farrell is an intellectual property and business attorney who has practiced law since 2003. He founded KLF Legal on January 1, 2009, to deliver high-quality legal services to his clients. Kenan advises clients on intellectual property and business matters, including trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and privacy. He has managed trademark portfolios for hundreds of clients - ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to corporations and universities - and has represented businesses and nonprofits in both domestic and international transactions. His practice also includes litigation and litigation-avoidance counsel in state and federal courts. Kenan also drafts and reviews a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements to help protect his clients’ intellectual property rights and broader business interests. Kenan regularly appears before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
