• Stand-by assistance for major projects and on-going business development.
• Drafting and review of business documents.
  • Additional fees may be added according to the quantity of documents. Any additional fees must be discussed and agreed upon by you prior to billing.
  • Negotiation and representation of your business in transactions with third parties.
