Entertainment law is heavily centered around intellectual property law, particularly copyright and trademark/unfair competition law, but also requires considerable familiarity with communications law and labor/employment issues. We structure and negotiate simple and complex deals; advise clients on the startup, expansion and redirection of companies; and enforce our clients’ rights when disputes arise, including litigation, arbitration and negotiation.
