Art & Museum Law Round 2, plus Fashion Law (?)

I’m pleased to report that I’ve been invited to teach Art & Museum Law again in the fall. Additionally, I’m considering submitting a course proposal for “Fashion Law” for Spring 2013. Either that, or merge the two this fall into Art & Fashion Law. I have to give more thought to whether that would be too much material to cover in a two-credit course. Maybe a three-credit course is the way to go. Either way, looks like another busy summer for Prof. Farrell.
